I love this cartoon that I found on the web, it’s pretty self explanatory. First off this poor old lady should be worrying about keeping the pounds to help with the dangers of osteoporosis, but maybe that’s just me.

I’ll try to take a picture of my old scale…I ended up making an “art piece” out of it.
It’s an old-style, dial type scale, and on the left (low numbers) side it says “I LOVE YOU”…on the right (high numbers) side it says “I HATE YOU”.*haha!*
Yes, I have a sick sense of humor.
Couldn’t we all learn from Charlene how to target our weight. And seriously I don’t think people know as you grow older you gain weight this is NORMAL and HEALTHY. I don’t know how many times I’ve come accross people who want to be the same weight they were in high school, and little do they know our bodies weren’t made that way.

I’m on a BDD high today…how did I lose 10 “pounds” overnight?? (just look and feel suddenly less bulky to myself. in the real world I have not changed.)
