Here at EAC we are all about first amendment rights. But as of late, we have found it necessary to set some guidelines for posting comments. So here are a few things that are necessary for eating cheeseburgers on our site…
1) Be respectful. Please don’t use foul or abusive language or put another person down. Understand that people have different opinions and disagreements are inevitable so be an adult and don’t insult someone just because their opinion differs from yours.
2) No slander. We have a zero tolerance policy for “thin-bashing” or “fat-bashing.” This is a body acceptance blog, so insulting someone or a group of people based on their body size (or for any reason) is not acceptable.
3) Keep your comments related to the post and the nature of the blog. Please try and stay on the topic of the post rather than launching a diatribe on your opinions about health, fitness, fat, etc in general. Please stay on topic and contribute your thoughts and opinions about the topic at hand.
Comments that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be approved, so trolls beware! Thanks for your cooperation!
NOTE: Our list of Cheeseburger friends consist of blogs that we have developed relationships with and we have come to find share the same general views as we do. If you are interested in being on our blogroll please understand that the above principles must be met. You can email us at tiffabees@yahoo.com with any comments, questions or concerns.
Ps. If you don’t see some of your old comments, we have probably removed them for not meeting the new guidelines. Thanks for understanding.

As much as I hate to belabor the point, I can’t help thinking that dehumanizing terms like “toothpick figure” (posted in comments, not by Tiffabee) doesn’t exactly promote “body acceptance”.
great stuff
[…] How To Eat A Cheeseburger […]
I like my cheeseburgers with bleu cheese and applewood smoked bacon, I also like them cooked no hotter than medium rare. I like to eat at least 3 of these a week.
Just here to declare my support and say that as I’m vegan for moral reasons I am eating many veggie-burgers and falafels with all the trimmings on your behalf! Since I’m not a cheese fan, I’ll take mine with a side of fries, thanks 🙂
I agree. I’m vegan as well so I clearly avoid cheese and burgers but this site is nice, slightly refreshing and it doesn’t attack people or seem immature. Hopefully it will avoid rumors and gossip. I think its an important issue to discuss body image. Though I’ll stick with my hummus and crackers.
I’ve made myself turkey burgers to cut out some of the fat that beef has. Turkey, shredded spinach, and feta cheese… slap them on a grill and fix like any old burger… tastes great and the spinach adds a lot of juiciness to it so the turkey doesn’t get dry.
Love this site!
Love cheeseburgers!
Just a note on the best cheeseburger in the world:
Pure minced beef (no flour, eggs, spices added AT ALL) with salt and pepper, good cheddar cheese (not processed cheese that comes in individually wrapped slices), fresh tomatoes (can the ketchup) and a good sesame bun. This is a healthy meal, and the yummiest in the world!!!
Mmm, gotta go make myself one.
Started a new blog myself – want to do a exchange links? http://www.losingpregnancypounds.com
These are some fine rules. Keep up the good, cheeseburger-eatin’ work!
